- Remove the zucchini peel, halve lengthwise, remove the pulp and seeds, and salt a little.
- Mix cheese, eggs, 1 tablespoon butter, and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
- Fill zucchini with mixture.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and bake until golden brown.
- Pour remaining sour cream over zucchini and serve hot.
