Steak fillet in tomato sauce

Directions[]
- Slice fillet into bite sizes across the vertical grain
- Slightly press by chopper then marinated by seasoning (1) for 30 minutes
- Remove seeds of tomato, shred, also shred the onion
- Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, fry steak fillet in medium heat
- Dish up steak when fillets are almost cooked
- Heat wok again with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry onion
- Add in shredded tomato, stir fry well, add sauce
- Add in steak while sauce is boiled, stir fry well, dish up and serve
