Yummy easy pancakes.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Mix egg yolks, yogurt, milk and butter and add to dry ingredients
- Whip egg whites and add to mixture
- Spoon portions onto lightly oiled skillet until cooked to a medium brown.
- Serve with jam, maple syrup or peanut butter and ENJOY!
