Ingredients[]
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp frozen orange juice, or apple juice
- sugar or honey
- 4 ice cubes
Directions[]
- Place all ingredients into blender or food processor.
- Whirl until smooth.
Variations[]
Instead of banana, use 1 cup cubed melon, ½ cup fresh or frozen berries, ½ cup pineapple, 1 peeled and chopped kiwifruit or ½ peeled and cored apple.
