A hearty and filling dish, that surprisingly doesn't pile on the calories!
- 150gr. lean Pork
- 1 teasp. margarine
- 250gr. stirfry vegetables
- 150gr. baked beans (tinned)
- salt, pepper and mustard to taste
Heat the margarine and fry the meat.
Add the stirfry vegetables and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the baked beans and leave the dish to warm through thoroughly.
