Makes 4 servings. Cooking time 20 minutes.

  1. Cook pasta while preparing sauce below.

Sauce Edit

  1. heat oil in saucepan
  2. add onions, brown thorough
  3. add garlic
  4. add wine gradually as onions start to stick to pan
  5. reduce heat, add blue cheese, melt
  6. add evaporated milk
  7. add salt and pepper (taste)
  8. thicken with cornflour (1-2 tablespoons in a little water, stir into mixture)
  9. drain cooked pasta
  10. stir sauce into pasta, serve immediately
