Whipped Cream with Crumbed Toasts

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon. Sugar
- 2 1/2 oz. rye bread (crumbed)
- 1 tablespoon butter

1. Beat cold cream together with Sugar until fluffy.
2. Slice and toast rye-bread in some vegetable oil, and grate it.
3. Arrange cream in cups, a layer of cream, then a layer of bread, and repeat.
Serve with fruits decorated on cups. Serve for 2 people.
