- 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese]
- 2 t. prepared mustard
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

- Fold the cheese, mustard and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
- Spread on cooked asparagus, broccoli, spinach or cauliflower and put under the broiler for about 1 minute until the cheese is melted. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
