• 12 oz pkg baby spinach, chopped
• 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• ½ red bell pepper, diced
• ⅓ cup grated romano cheese
• ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp minced garlic
• ⅓ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions Edit

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place spinach into large ovenproof bowl.
3. Microwave spinach 2 minutes.
4. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
5. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve with your choice of crackers.
