Vietnamese Shrimp Salad

Description

Vietnamese shrimp salad is a delicious Vietnamese summer salad, that has as ingredients shrimp, asparagus, peaches, pineapple and cucumbers.

Vietnamese Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

• shrimp
• asparagus
• peaches
• pineapple
• cucumbers

Sauce

• ¼ cup coconut milk
• 1½ tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
• 4 – 5 leaves fresh basil
• 1 finely sliced red pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Boil all the sauce ingredients.
2. Prepare it as a sauce, add salter sugar to it.
3. Add shrimp, cook asparagus and add it to the shrimp.
4. Bring the mixture to the heat and cool it.
5. Mix the shrimp, asparagus, dressing, lettuce, peaches, pineapple and cucumber.
