- dash of paprika
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), snipped into slivers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fat-free or reduced-calorie Mayonnaise
- 4 veggie burgers
- 4 whole-Wheat hamburger buns, toasted
1 In a small dish, combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and 2 tbsp. water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium-high for 20 seconds. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow tomatoes to plump up. Stir Mayonnaise and paprika into tomato mixture.
2 Heat a stovetop grill pan or heavy-bottomed sautÃ© pan over medium-high heat. Cook veggie burgers according to package directions.
