This quick and easy to prepare vegetarian dish can be eaten with brown mustard.

- 1 green cabbage
- 1 red potato
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 1/2 cup water
- seasonings

Cut cabbage into approximately 1/2-inch strips. Cut Potato in small cubes. Slice Onion. Place cabbage, Potato and Onion on a saucepan with 1 1/2 cup water. Cook vegetables until Potato is soft. Add salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice.
