Directions Edit

  1. Fry the garlic and onion with a little of olive oil.
  2. Add the tofu, tamari and spices.
  3. Fry everything until it is browned a little.
  4. Add the spaghetti squash.
  5. Continue frying until everything is incorporated to the tofu mix.
  6. Heat the tortillas for several seconds.
  7. Remove them from flame.
  8. Place a tbsp of the mix inside the tortilla and spread it in a line.
  9. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast.
  10. Add the sauce or pour the sauce on top.
  11. Roll it into a burrito, and serve.
