Adapted From Cooking Light, April 1998:

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder,baking soda And salt
  3. Cut in oil with a fork until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Combine Soy milk, Lemon Juice, orange juice, And egg Replacer+water; Add to flour mixture until just moist.
  6. Turn Dough Onto Lightly Floured Surface And Knead 4x.
  7. Roll into 12x6Inch Rectangle.
  8. Cut into 8 squares, then cut each square into 2 triangles and place on baking sheet. #Bake For 12 Minutes.
