- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ground pepper to taste
Toast the flour in a saucepan until slightly browned and aromatic. Stir in the nutritional yeast and oil to make a thick paste.
