  2. Pour into a double boiler and heat.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan.
  4. Add the flour to make a roux.
  5. Then whisk it into the heated soy milk mixture to make a light, creamy sauce.
  6. For a thicker sauce, use more roux.
