Oven porridge. Also whole oats, wheat, rice, buckwheat or millet make excellent porridge.
Ingredients[]
- 2½ dl pearl barley
- ½ l water
- 1½ l milk
- 1 tsp salt
Directions[]
- Combine all the ingredients in a buttered oven dish.
- Bake the porridge for 4 – 5 hours at 125°C.
- Serve the porridge with milk or fruit sauce.
