Ukrainian Carrot Salad

Ingredients

• ¾ pound carrots
• 2 large apples
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• salt to taste
• walnut halves

Directions

1. Peel and grate the carrots and apples.
2. In a bowl combine them with the remaining ingredients except walnuts for garnish.
