Tuscany Dressing

• 1 Jar Marinated artichoke Hearts, Drained (8 Oz)
• 2 garlic cloves, Minced
• 1 T. Prepared mustard
• 1/2 T. Crumbled basil
• 1/4 T. salt
• 1/4 T. Crumbled oregano
• 2 T. red wine vinegar
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 1/3 Cup oil

In Small Bowl, Drain Marinade From artichoke Hearts. Reserve artichoke Hearts. Add Remaining Ingredients. Beat Well And Let Stand an Hour or More. Beat Again Before Using. Makes 3/4 CupSource: my Old Recipes
