1 Duncan Heinz chocolate cake mix (sour cream) 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels 3/4 c. Eagle Brand milk 1 pkg. chocolate chips (sm. pkg.) 1 c. chopped pecans 3/4 c. butter

Bake cake (1/2 of the batter) in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Melt caramels, butter and milk and pour over the cooled cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the above, add remaining batter and bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy.
