- 2 Green or red bell peppers
- 2 med tomatoes
- 3 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled, quartered
- 1 can Tuna packed in water, drained (6 1/8-ounce)
- 2 tbl Drained capers
- 3 tbl olive oil
- 3 tbl fresh lemon juice
- Char peppers over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides.
- Wrap in paper bag and let stand 10 minutes. Peel and seed peppers; cut into strips.
