  1. In a large skillet, saute diced onion in hot oil until it becomes translucent.
  2. Add flour to onions and, stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add beer, brown sugar, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to skillet and heat until sauce thickens.
  4. Stir constantly.
  5. Carefully place pieces in skillet.
  6. Cook until flakes easily with a fork.
