• 1¼ cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 lbs ground beef
• 1¾ oz taco seasoning mix
• 1 can refried beans
• 1 cup shredded American cheese
• 8 oz taco sauce
• 4 oz chopped green chiles
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ½ cup chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup shredded lettuce (hopefully at bargain prices)

1. Preheat oven at 425°F.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil in bowl.
3. Stir until mixture cleans sides of bowl.
4. Press into a ball.
5. Knead in bowl 10 times.
6. Roll on lightly floured board to a 13-inch circle.
7. Place on pizza pan or baking sheet.
8. Turn up edge and pinch.
9. Bake for 5 minutes.
10. Prepare ground beef using recommendations from your seasoning mix.
11. Spread beans over the crust.
12. Top with meat mixture.
13. Sprinkle cheese on.
14. Bake 2 minutes longer.
15. Top pizza with taco sauce, chiles, onion, tomato and shredded lettuce.
