Tomato and Olive Salad

1 pound fresh Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 pound grape tomatoes, whole 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, Sicilian, etc) 1 t. dried oregano 3 T. olive oil 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Pinch salt Pinch freshly ground pepper Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Arrange tomatoes on a platter. Top with olives and oregano and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle on cheese, salt, pepper and basil and serve. Serves 4 Source: Taste of Italia
