- 1 hunk of whole grain baguette (4 oz?)
- 1 – 2 vine ripened beefsteak tomatoes (from my garden:) )
- 1 – 2 basil leaves torn
- 1 – 2 thinly sliced red onion
- a splash of balsamic vinegar or favorite fat-free Italian dressing.
- Thickly slice your tomatoes.
- Simply assemble and splash on your dressing.
