Ingredients[]
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces firm tofu, diced ¼-inch
Directions[]
- In a baking pan, whisk together the oil, soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Add tofu.
- Bake at 350 degrees f for 30 minutes, turning the tofu once.
- Immediately drain on paper towels.
- Clear oil will remain, with the flavors having been absorbed.
