Toasted Sesame butter
Stir sesame seeds in Small Skillet Over Medium Heat Until Golden Brown, About 3 Minutes. Transfer to Bowl. Let Seeds Cool Completely. Add oil, Then butter to sesame seeds in Bowl. Mix Well. Season With salt if Desired. Transfer to Small Crock or Bowl. Can be Made 1 Week Ahead And Refrigerated. Serve at Room Temperature. Makes 1/2 Cup
