- ¼ cup chopped and toasted pecans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- In a food processor or blender process all ingredients for 1 minute at high speed.
- Set this aside until ready to use.
