Toasted Coconut Cupcakes
18.5 oz. pkg. white cake mix 16 oz. can vanilla frosting 2 cups flaked coconut 2 T. sugar
Prepare and bake cupcakes as cake mix package directs. let cool. Frost. Toss coconut and sugar together. Sprinkle on a baking sheet. Toast under broiler for several seconds until golden. sprinkle over frosting. Makes 1 dozen. Source: Unknown
