Three Cheese White Pizza with Broccoli and Rosemary

This pizza does look mostly white because of the cheeses but it has green broccoli on it too for alittle color.

3/4 cup ricotta cheese 3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese 1 bunch broccoli rabe 1 tbs olive oil 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dried crushed rosemary 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices 1 prepared thin pizza crust

Heat oven to 450 degrees.* Mix ricotta and Parmesan together, set aside. Rinse broccoli, remove outer leaves and thick stems, cut into 2 inch pieces. Set aside. In a pan, heat oil. Cook garlic 1 min. Add broccoli, salt, rosemary and pepper flakes to pan and cook until tender, set aside.

Place mozzarella slices on pizza crust. Spread broccoli on top, then drop tablespoons of ricotta mixture on top of broccoli. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted. CUT INTO 8 WEDGES AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY. Makes 8 servings.*
