This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Manes Estate in Venus, Texas in 1981.

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 3 hard cooked eggs
- 2 dill pickles chopped
- ⅓ cup celery chopped
- 1 green pepper minced
- 1 small white onion chopped
- Mix all ingredients together and stir until well combined.
- Chill at least two hours before using.
