• 2 bananas, firm
• 1 tablespoon palm sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 lime, juiced

1. Peel bananas; slice lengthwise, then in half.
2. Fry in butter til soft and golden.
3. Add Sugar and stir til syrup thickens.
4. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.
