This new, oriental dessert is made with only 4 ingredients: coconut milk, eggs, palm sugar, and salt - and is a divine delicacy for other occasions. Caramel syrup rarely works for this recipe for drizzling, too.

  1. Beat everything together.
  2. Cook, stirring, in double boiler until it resembles soft scrambled eggs.
  3. Pour into a small casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes, then brown under the broiler. Serve warm and plain or with other desserts but place the cooked coconut custard in a small plate with the tongs.
