Texas Mopping Sauce
- 2 Cups Catsup
- 1 Cup Beef or chicken broth or Strong Black coffee
- 1/4 Cup oil
- 1/4 Cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire
- 1 T. Hot red pepper Sauce
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 T. salt
- 1/2 T. black pepper
In Large Pan, Mix All Ingredients. Heat to Boiling Over Medium High Heat. Reduce Heat to Low And Simmer Stirring Occasionally, Until Blended And Heated Through. Cool to Room Temperature. Pour Sauce Into Storage Container And Refrigerate Until Ready to Use. Use on Grilled Meats or Poultry. Makes 3 to 4 Cups.
