Texas Barbecue Nuts
1 egg white 1/2 cup sugar 3 T. liquid smoke 1 t. chili powder 1/2 t. ground cumin 1/4 t. cayenne pepper 3 cups cocktail peanuts
Mix egg white, sugar and liquid smoke. Stir until sugar is thoroughly mixed. Stir in seasonings. Add peanuts to mixture and stir until all nuts are coated. Drain nuts in strainer for 1 to 2 minutes. Lightly spray large baking pan with pam. Remove nuts from strainer. Put on baking sheet in single layer. Bake in preheated 250 oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Stir. Allow to cool.
