Texas Style chili
- 3 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Medium onions, Chopped
- 1 Large green pepper, Chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, Minced
- 2 Cans tomatoes With Puree (28 Oz. Each)
- 2 Cups water
- 1 Can tomato Paste (6 Oz)
- 8 Beef Flavor bouillon Cubes
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1 T. Ground cumin
- 2 T. oregano
- 2 T. sugar
corn Chips, Optional
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Optional
In Large Skillet, Brown Beef. Drain Fat. Add Onion, green pepper And garlic to Skillet. Cook, Stirring Occasionally 5 Minutes Until Tender. Add Remaining Ingredients Except Chips And Cheese. Mix Well. Cover. Bring to Boil. Reduce Heat And Simmer 1 1/2 Hours. Stir Occasionally or Until Meat is Tender. Serve With corn Chips And Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Makes 4 Quarts
