  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for about 2 mins.
  3. Until soft, but not brown.
  4. Add kale, red pepper flakes, capers and olives.
  5. Add salt if needed (olives are salty so be sure and check before adding salt)
  6. Turn kale mixture to coat with oil.
  7. Cover and cook,stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Transfer kale mixture to toasted vegan bread slices.
