- Extra firm tofu cut to 3/4" thick (sandwich vegan bread size)
- Onion (sliced)
- carrot (julienned)
- vegan mustard
- water for frying, or oil
2. Season with tamari.
3. Place tofu slices in pan with carrots and onions and sprinkle with additional tamari. Cover and simmer 2-5 minutes, then turn over and sprinkle other side. Continue to add water as needed to avoid burning/sticking.
5. Prepare vegan bread by spreading on veganaisse and mustard.
