- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup light cream or half-and-half
- 1/4 cup Sugar, for dusting cookies
Directions[]
- Cut butter into flour until it resembles cornmeal.
- Stir in cream .
- Turn out onto a floured surface.
- Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into circles .
- Before baking, prick with a fork and sprinkle with Sugar.
- Bake for 8-10 mins on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Place two cookies together butter cream .
