Tasty Ota with Fish

- 4 cups diluted coconut milk
- 3 segments garlic, chopped
- 1 small piece Onion, sliced thinly
- 1 bunch ota/fern leaves, removed from stalks
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 10 small slices of the flesh of fresh fish
- salt to taste
[edit] Directions
1. Put diluted coconut milk in a pot. Add garlic and Onion. Cook by stirring constantly. Bring to boil.
2. Add ota/fern leaves and bring back to boil. Stir in coconut cream.
3. Add fish and salt to taste. Cook fish a few minutes (do not overcook as overcooking makes fish tough) and remove from flame.
4. Serve
