Tangy Orange Cheese

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 T. orange peel, grated 2 T. Cointreau 2 t. frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted Swedish gingersnaps Fruit

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, orange peel, Cointreau and orange juice concentrate. Blend thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature as a spread for gingersnaps, slices of fruit (apples, pears, tangerines, banana spears) or dessert breads (banana, date nut). If needed, thin mixture with additional orange juice. Grand Marnier make a sweeter version. Must do ahead. Makes 2 1/2 cups Source: Appetizers, Southern Style
