- 2 each apples, red, small, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups celery, thinly sliced
- 3 oz cheese, cheddar, cubed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise, light
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 lettuce

- Place apples in small bowl; toss with lemon juice.
- Add celery and next 4 ingredients; toss to coat.
- Serve on lettuce-lined plate.
