Talk:Canadian Cuisine
From Recipes Wiki, the recipe book anyone can contribute to!
I am am Canadian, and my family has been here for many generations, in fact some of them centuries. We (my particular branch) are from Ontario and Alberta, with some of us moving to BC. We have ALWAYS eaten turkey for Thanksgiving, contrary to your article which says "ham or lamb." I don't know of anyone who eats ham or lamb for Thanksgiving, and I've been here for many many years. My mother, who is 82, doesn't know anyone who eats ham or lamb.
