Taco Chicken Drummettes

1/2 cup flour 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 3 lbs. chicken drummettes 6 T. butter or margarine 1 cup crushed corn chips

In plastic bag, mix flour and taco seasoning mix. Add 2 to 3 chicken pieces at a time. Shake to coat. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Put chicken in pan. Turning once to butter surfaces, then roll in corn chips, return to pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 32 appetizers. Source: My Old Recipes
