- 1 lb cooked pinto beans. Learn how to cook the dried Beans.
- 1/2 lb of smoked Sausage.
- 1 cup of seasoned manioc flour (farofa)
- 2 tbs of olive oil

- Liquefy in a blender or food processor the cooked pinto beans with the remaining water.
- Beans will become a cream. Add more cold water if necessary.
- Heat a medium saucepan with oil and pour the Beans cream into the pan.
- Stir vigorously while adding the seasoned cassava flour.
- Add Sausage.
