  1. 1 cup Wheat
  2. 2 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  4. 2 cup tomatoes (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tbsp. mint (opt.)
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  8. 1/2 - 3/4 cup lemon juice
  9. 3/4 cup oil

Directions Edit

Rinse and drain Wheat; add all ingredients; mix well. Let set 1 hour before serving. Salad may be kept in refrigerator for several days.
