  • Makes 6 servings of szechwan orange chicken.

  1. In a bowl, whisk first 6 ingredients.
  2. Place in plastic bag.
  3. Add chicken, seal and shake to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Heat outdoor grill.
  6. Coat grill rack with oil.
  7. Remove chicken from bag, reserve marinade.
  8. Grill 20 minutes covered, turning and basting with marinade every 5 minutes until done.
  9. In a saucepan, boil remaining marinade 1 minute.
  10. Drizzle over chicken and serve.
  11. Garnish---with orange sections and sliced scallions.
