Sweet Mexi Snacks

1/4 cup sugar 1/4 t. cinnamon 4 flour tortillas (8 inches in diameter) Margarine or butter, melted 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 T. milk 6 vanilla caramels

Heat oven to 400. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Brush tortillas lightly on one side with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Using scissor or pizza cutter, cut tortillas into 12 wedges. Arrange wedges in single layer in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered until tortillas are crisp and light brown, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool. Chips will become crisper as they cool. Melt chocolate chips, milk and caramels until smooth. Drizzle over chips. Let stand uncovered about 2 hours or until chocolate mixture is firm. Makes 48 snacks. Source: Betty Crocker
