- 500 Grams Frozen Baby carrots
- 3 Tbsp Vegan margarine*
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions[]
Steam carrots until tender. In a saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the Sugar and maple syrup and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Add the carrots and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
