- 1/2 c. plus 2 T. toasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. shredded, unsweetened coconut (omit for Kapha)
- 2-3 T. Raisins (omit for Vata)
- 1/4 c. sunflower butter
- 1 T. maple syrup
- 1 t. almond extract
- 1/2 t. coriander powder
- Grind the sunflower seeds in a blender to a coarse meal.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and press into1 inch balls.
